Pain Relief/Clinical Massage

Advanced Clinical Massage is ideal for anyone suffering from pain or reduced range of movement. Using a combination of techniques including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Acupressure and Stretching.

This remedial massage treatment provides the quickest results in terms of pain relief. It releases tension and focuses on the deeper level of muscle and connective tissue. Although this is a deep massage it should not be painful, to prevent further stress on the body.

A full consultation and postural analysis is completed at your first appointment, which is included in the price. Tailored after care and self care advice is given based on your treatment plan.

Most symptoms can be improved within 1 to 6 sessions, with many clients seeing a significant difference by the third treatment.
