Pre-event concentrates on stimulating the body; increasing blood, oxygen and nutrients to the muscles, bones and joints. This can help improve range of motion, flexibility and strength.
Post-event focuses on calming and balancing the body. Massage helps decrease recovery time by aiding the lymphatic and circulatory systems. It relieves muscle soreness and reduces inflammation.
For longer treatments, Clinical Massage is recommended to ensure optimum performance.
